BREAKING: Game Of Thrones Is Officially Coming Back In April 2019

I don’t know what we did to deserve to get a Toy Story 4 teaser and a Game of Thrones release date announcement dropping out of the fucking blue on back-to-back days during the 2nd week of November. To be honest, if HBO had announced this season was coming out next November, April 2020, or whenever Haleys Comet passes by again, I wouldn’t have batted an eyelash because this last season always seemed like it was at least a decade away, which I was fine with because I want HBO to hit 500 foot bombs with every remaining episode we have left. But I am going to thank the Old Gods and the New that we finally know when the greatest show on television is finally returning earlier than expected and we don’t have to wait until summer or miss any football games for it. The NFL will get us to Februrary, we’ll have to struggle for a few weeks, and then once we get to St. Paddy’s Day, we will be on easy street with March Madness, the return of baseball, and the final season of Thrones all coming down on our heads like the rains of Castamere. Piece of cake!

Oh fuck, we are definitely about to lose a bunch of our favorite characters to gruesome deaths, potentially at the hands of other favorite characters that came back to life as zombies. Watching Game of Thrones these days is like watching your favorite team in the MLB playoffs. It’s all fun and games until the opening theme song drops. Then you are just praying to survive and advance. Hopefully Bran Stark AKA The Real MVP of Westeros is ready to put the team on his crippled back like Greg Jennings in Madden. #Branwagon

Time to get hyped as fuck since the season is only 6 months away and that teaser didn’t do nearly enough for my throner.
