We Had A Nice Little Showdown Between Cam Newton And Kelvin Benjamin

Well that’s about as entertaining a video as we are going to get in the preseason. Two ex-teammates engaged in a cold war of words at midfield and I fucking love it. We are so used to people talking shit through social media, it is nice to see them actually carry it over to real life. If a man refused to shake your hand back in the day, you would have to challenge him to a duel. No two ways around it.

I’m sure both Panthers fans and #BillsMafia will debate who actually backed down. But as an unbiased observer, I think it was Benjamin. And can you blame him? Benjamin doesn’t have the…ummmm…endurance to scrap for more than 10 seconds or so. Meanwhile Cam is more athletic and has the crazy person factor of occasionally wears clothes with feathers and writes on Instagram in hieroglyphics. For all those factors and more, I don’t blame Kelvin Benjamin for not wanting any part of Cameron Jerrell Newton.
