Former Tampa Bay Bucs Cheerleader and "The Bachelor" Winner Arrested. Again.

TMZ- The season six winner of "The Bachelor" continued her losing streak with law enforcement this weekend -- after cops say she unleashed a drunken, unprovoked attack on an innocent cop car. Mary Delgado -- who was arrested last year for allegedly punching her fiance, "Bachelor" Byron Velvick -- was busted again on Saturday night for public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct at Lorina's Cantina in Del Rio, Texas. We're told the Cantina called the cops because Delgado refused to leave the bar, saying it was her "constitutional right" to stay as long as she wanted. Cops told us Mary became "loud and belligerent" while being transported to jail, and kicked the radio inside the squad car (which didn't have the usual backseat perp cage). Delgado was released from the Val Verde County Correctional Facility after Mr. Bachelor posted her bond.
Apparently being a pro bass fisherman who's dating a hot, large-breasted former NFL cheerleaders isn't all it's cracked up to be. One minute you're the envy of your friends, the next you're getting punched in the face and the minute after that you're climbing out of a warm bed to drag yourself downtown to bail her out of the Stoney Lonesome. I'm going to try to not let
this episode destroy my faith in the sanctity of relationships that begin on reality TV shows. But what about a little credit for Mary, being able to make that kick to the squad car radio all the way from the back seat? Even at 5' 9", that's quite a reach. The kind of kick only the most elite cheerleaders can make and the likes of which I'm sure the DRPD had never seen before. Mostly though I bring this story up because I'd like to thank Ms. Delgado for uncovering that constitutional right to drink past closing time. I haven't read the constitution since high school and I must've missed that particular article. A hot chick who likes to drink, has cheerleader superpowers and is a constitutional scholar? That's one special woman you've got there, Byron. Good luck with your (now four years and counting) courtship.
