Jeff Daniels Went On Kelly Clarkson's Show And Sang One Of The Most Beautiful Songs You'll Ever Hear

My friend Jeff sent this to me yesterday and told me to "listen to this." 

I saw Jeff Daniels, Kelly Clarkson, and thought, oh boy.

I figured he sent it to me because he made an ass out of himself, or bombed, or something else embarrassing. And I love Jeff Daniels so I wasn't trying to laugh at the guy. 

He followed up asking had I watched it yet and said I needed to because of how good it was. So I pulled it up on my phone and I was just as shocked and surprised as Kelly Clarkson was.

I was not expecting that from Daniels.

The beautiful, heartfelt lyrics, the soft voice, and the pretty decent guitar playing. 

The term national treasure gets thrown around way too often, but Jeff Daniels is one. 

And it turns out he's actually written over 450 songs that he's sitting on. (As he talked about in the interview below)

The world needs a Jeff Daniels album and it needs it soon.
