Dude Drives His Car Right Into A Swimming Pool After His Flip Flop Gets Tangled With The Gas Pedal

Mirror - This elderly driver ended up in a flip when he flopped his car into his own swimming pool after getting his summer footwear stuck on the throttle. The unfortunate motorist, believed to be in his 80s, escaped unharmed when his flip flop tangled with the pedal, leading to his vehicle taking an unexpected dip. Police in Altadena, California, said the man managed to free himself from the vehicle before they arrived at the scene. They added that nobody was in the pool as the incident unfolded. Captain Jeffrey Sims, of the LA Fire department said the man’s sandals had become caught on the pedals and he was unable to brake.

If you weren’t around this weekend you missed quite possibly the single most absurd argument Stoolies have ever tried to make. I had a bunch of idiots telling me wearing flip flops during the summer is “unacceptable.”  Some people saying its girly, some people saying its not fashionable, some people saying its poor. Just baffling stuff. Well much like jeans and sneakers I had to come to the defense of flip flops and remind everyone that there’s a reason zillions of people wear flip flops during the summer and if you don’t you’re probably a weirdo from a landlocked state or something like that.

So what happens almost immediately after I endorse flip flops? They’re embroiled in controversy. The KFC Mush strikes again, this time in the form of jinxing footwear. One minute flip flops are fine, then I back them, and right away some old dude almost drowns himself driving into his pool thanks to his sandal strap. You can’t make this shit up. Harvey’s UCL tear, this old dude driving into a pool. This is the kinda power that I have a mush. Remarkable really.

But I still stand by Flop Life. If some old bag cant fucking drive anymore, thats not flip flop’s fault. Thats more an indictment of senior citizens. They’re dangerous behind the wheel and contribute nothing to society. Either you take you flip flop off to drive or you just control that shit. Regardless its still Flip Flop Gang or die.
