When the Bruins hit the ice for morning skate and Brandon Carlo wasn't apart of it, everyones antennas went up. It was quickly announced that Carlo's wife Mayson gave birth to their baby boy Crew early in the morning. Montgomery was "very hopeful" that Carlo would make it to Florida in time for Game 1 and sure enough he arrived to the rink around 6pm, fresh off a PJ with a ton of congratulations.

The Dad Strength has officially been activated as Carlo just sniped one to make it 3-1 Bruins late in the 2nd. You can't make this shit up. This has to be the best feeling in the world right? Scoring a goal in the playoffs the day your son is born? Insane. That puck is going back home and right in the crib. What a moment!
