Chick-Fil-A Is Giving Away Free Sandwiches Tomorrow In Chicago So If You Want To Wait In A Long Line With Homeless People Here's Your Chance
(Source) Chick-fil-A is celebrating its anniversary and Chicagoans will get a free sandwich. The food chain’s Chicago Ave. location is celebrating its 3rd anniversary on Thursday expects to give away roughly 1,500 free chicken sandwiches to patrons who show up between noon and 1 p.m. Joining in on the celebration will be the Chick-fil-Al location at 177. N. State St, even though it will only be celebrating its first anniversary. “We prepare for as many people come, even if they are in line at 1 p.m. they will get a sandwich,” said Danica Anderson, the Chicago Ave. location’s director of operations.
Last year, Chick-fil-A gave away roughly 900 sandwiches exponentially more, according to Anderson, than it usually prepares during the lunch hour rush. Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches typically cost $3.45 plus tax. The celebration will include Chick-fil-A’s Cow, a deejay and “other surprises,” according to the Web site.
