Potato Pancakes Are Awesome!!! Here Is My Favorite Recipe

Mmmmm, mmmmm! Potato pancakes with lox and sour cream. What a delightful delicacy that everybody can enjoy! Feel free to sprinkle a pinch of sugar on top if you would like a little sweet and salty treat, as that is one of my favorite culinary combos. However I ask that you avoid putting it on a cinnamon raisin bagel as that is psycho shit and would be ruining a perfectly good bagel, my personal favorite breakfast bread.

Please forgive me for this random cooking blog, as I am not nearly as talented or cultured as The 20 Dollar Chef or The Donnies. But I wanted to share my favorite Jewish food on the blog completely independent of anything else. To be honest, I haven’t even read the blog today because I have been too busy trying to find blogworthy content for the Stoolies, my favorite people in the world.

However, I felt the need to share this recipe because as many of you with Jewish friends, teacher friends, or #GoPresGo friends may know, it is Rosh Hashanah. I personally have a wide array of friends in all three groups as well as many other groups of people. That is not a humblebrag about the amount of friends I have, but instead a proud brag of how I have friends of all different races, colors, creeds, national origins, ancestries, sexes, sexual orientations, ages, genetic informations, military services, or disabilities. In college they called me Big Small World because I love everyone no matter where they are from while also being an extremely large human due to poor eating habits and lack of exercise.

Anyway, since we are in the middle of #JewishHolidaySZN, I had to shout out the wonderful Jewish cuisine and their even more wonderful people. Especially my coworkers and ESPECIALLY my senior coworkers. Happy Rosh Hashanah to all and to all a Happy Yom Kippur (next week)!

P.S. Speaking of senior coworkers, I’m not sure what this is all about since I have had my nose to the grindstone all day trying to get AP credits for Blogger School. But I feel like I need to contact Chernin HR and/or Samer Khalifa
