Tonight's Wheel Of Fortune Blunder Is So Suspicious That It May Confirm The Show Is Rigged/Scripted

I’ve long blogged about terrible, horrendous Wheel Of Fortune playing. You can see a handful of videos here. I’ve often thought there is just no way people are that bad at WoF. I was getting over a breakup and I was watching the show every night and recording people’s terrible plays, and then I literally had to stop because the people being awful at WoF made me feel worse than my breakup. But tonight I got a few tweets and DMs about how I have to watch because “Mike” does an all time terrible play. And as you can see above, it’s fucking true. You don’t even have to spin the wheel in the final round. You just call letters, and then if you get a letter, you get 5 seconds to solve. There is ZERO, and I mean ZERO reason Mike wouldn’t call a letter there if it wasn’t rigged or scripted. You don’t just solve in the final round like that. You call a letter, and then solve. It’s how it goes. So for him to just solve there is absolutely mind blowing.

I am 99% sure I’ve read somewhere that they have an off-camera monitor that tracks how much money each contestant has. So Mike would know before that round what he needed to get up to in order to win. If I remember that correctly, and he knew what he needed to win, him solving instead of calling out a letter is the fishiest thing I’ve ever seen on a gameshow.

This whole thing wreaks. Absolutely smells.

Or maybe people are just that bad at the game? I just…I just can’t believe that can be the case. There’s been 6,692 episodes and they still haven’t figured out when to buy a vowel, when to spin, or when to solve? It’s all just is so suspicious. Meanwhile Jeopardy is pretty much a solved game. WoF…people are onto you. Stay woke my friends.
