Eagles Fans Are Properly Preparing For Minnesota Week By Throwing Our Own Viking Statues In The River

The last time the Minnesota Vikings came to town, that bozo fanbase tried to takeover the Art Museum steps. Then they started to cry like a bunch of bitches after a few Eagles fans told them to fuck off in the parking lot and threw a few beers at them. I still stand by my claim that if a beer gets thrown at you, you should see it as an opportunity to enjoy a free beer and just catch that shit so you can drink an ice cold Bud for $Free.99 instead of having to waste an entire rent check on a 16oz can in the stadium. But that’s neither here nor there. Vikings fans came into Philly last year, they acted like they were just going to run the show here and then cried foul when not only did they themselves get bullied, but their team got completely dismantled as well.

So now the Vikings come back to Philly on Sunday afternoon for the first time since getting trounced 38-7. And how are Eagles fans preparing for another showdown? By winning the war before it even starts. Eagles fans aren’t going to wait for Thursday/Friday when Minnesota fans start making their way into the city. Eagles fans are going out on Monday night and throwing statues into the Schuykill River just because allegedly it depicts a viking.

Truth be told I’ve passed that statue about a thousand times and never knew it was a viking until today. But I’m glad that somebody else did their research and sent that shit to swim with the rest of the dead bodies in the Schuykill.

The Birds just mean more here in Philly. They mean so much to this city that we go as far as to developing these serious emotions toward statues. Whether it be somebody toppling this viking statue and putting it in the river, or some jackass going out and protecting the Rocky Statue over night during the week of the Super Bowl even though there weren’t any New England fans in Philly who were going to mess with it anyway. Some people may say we are crazy. Others may claim that we are neanderthals. But to me? These are all just examples of what makes Philly fans the greatest fans in the world.

So do Minnesota fans even attempt to show up this week after witnessing this? I mean that viking statue has literally never done a single thing to Philly fans ever, and it still ended up in the river. Not exactly sure if things necessarily decline from there. Guess we’ll just have to wait and see.

    Go Birds.
