The Viral Photo Of Justin Bieber Eating A Burrito Was A Fake

Everyone freaked out last week when this picture of “Justin Bieber” spread like wildfire. It caused absolute mayhem, no one could understand why any civilized human would eat a burrito like this. Alas, it was a fake and this man isn’t even Bieber. The Youtube group Yes Theory has taken responsibility, saying it was all a prank.

Scooter Braun, Justin’s manager and friend, made it clear he knew it was not actually Justin in the photo.

Every outlet under the sun posted this picture and the Internet exploded. It was all over Instagram. I am ashamed to call myself a Bieber superfan and not realize that this picture was an imposter. Has Justin been looking a little mangy lately? Yes. But if I took a closer look I would have noticed how blonde the hair is in that photo…Justin’s hair is not actually that blonde. I could have came to his rescue.

So congrats, Yes Theory. You took a guy that kind of looks like a celebrity and photographed him doing something that would upset the entire world. Eating a burrito from the middle. They probably could have posed so many different kinds of weird acts for this photo. They decided eating a burrito this way was going to be the most controversial, and it worked.
