Another Day, Another Highlight Reel Goal For Penn State
Another day, another Penn State highlight reel goal. This time from Junior forward Brandon Biro in their 4-2 win over Minnesota. The Alberta native is having himself a year, averaging a little over a point per game with 21 points (7g, 14a) in 19 games this season.
It seems like every time I check the Spittin’ Chiclets DMs on Saturday’s it is just filled with kids from Penn State sending over insane goals from that weekend. I mean, how many highlight reel goals can one college team score?
First we had Nate Sucese against Michigan
Then we had Nikita Pavlychev against Notre Dame:
Then there was probably the goal of the year, maybe the goal of the last 5 years from Evan Barrett against Arizona State.
At 12-5-2 this season, the Nittany Lions have put themselves in a good spot for the tournament and should give the Big Ten a run. They’ll wrap up their series with Minnesota tonight then head to Michigan State next weekend before a huge series at home with Ohio State. Keep an eye on PSU going forward. These kids can play.
