While The World Was Watching The National Championship, Luka Doncic And James Harden Committed Murder On The Basketball Court

Look, I’m not a huge fan of either of these guys. I don’t like Harden because his game is too predictable and I don’t like Luka because he hasn’t proven himself. That said, I’m a big enough person to respect a move when I see one and both of these guys put on a fucking show last night in the step-back department. It was so bad that Harden basically stopped the game after he dropped Jamal Murray. Which is the single most disrespectful move you can do on a basketball court other than dunking on someone.

The Rockets ended up winning the game 125-113, but are ranked fifth in the western conference behind the first place Nuggets.

Then there’s Luka, who I’ve purposely been ignoring since he came into the league because I consider him to be the Jeremey Lin of rookies. He’s a 6’7″ nineteen-year-old Slovenian who’s averaging a ridiculous twenty points, seven rebounds, and four assists. He has yet to be exposed by a vet, which is part of the reason I don’t respect him (yet), but the step back he did on  Josh Hart was too good to ignore.

It was so exaggerated that I thought it was joke. He literally jumps backwards, fires it up, and it somehow almost always goes in. Anyway, both of these guys have been tearing it up lately so here are some highlights. Enjoy.
