BREAKING: The Bucs Are Expected To Hire Bruce Arians As Head Coach (Just As Pardon My Take Reported 2 Days Ago)
Lets go back two full days when PMT recorded Monday’s podcast, which is pretty much a million days in the 24 hour news cycle and see what the fellas at Pardon My Take reported with Pro Football Talk’s Mike Florio:

Look at the bad boy Big J’s scooping the entire sports media world yet again! The professors and alums of Northwestern and Syracuse must be sick to their stomachs right now.
Now as a Giants fan, I don’t love seeing Bruce Arians back in the NFC. I thought he was a good coach that caught a bad break the last few years in Arizona with injuries and whatnot. Having to deal with a good Bucs team puts a dent in my hopes of Eli winning a Super Bowl during his last season as a pro followed by Dwayne Haskins winning a Super Bowl for Big Blue after a year of seasoning on the bench.
As a football and Bruce Arians fan however, I could not be happier about this. Arians offense was fun as fuck to watch in Arizona with an aging Carson Palmer, one season and a few games of David Johnson, and of course Larry Fitz. But now Arians has a former number 1 pick at QB that will be given the green light to take chances (for better or worse because Arians gives less fucks than Jameis), has some real talent at the skill positions considering like 6 of their running backs and wide receivers were picked up throughout the season in my 10 team fantasy league, and a defense with real studs that could improve overnight if a guy like Bowles comes in and is able to do what he did with the Cardinals that landed him the Jets job. I’m pissed the Bucs are not eligible to be a Hard Knocks team since they were just one a few years ago and hiring a new coach takes them out of the equation. But I would love to hear what this guy has to say behind the scenes.
The one team lost in all this is the Arizona Cardinals, where Arians retired after last season and came back after spending 2018 in the booth for CBS. But the Cards just got a lot sexier with the hire of Kliff Kingsbury, nobody really cares about the Cardinals outside of Arizona anyway, and not one person in the Cardinals front office (or on the planet to be honest) has the guts to tell this guy where he can and can’t interview for a job.
God dammit that is one bad ass Football Guy. Welcome back, Bruce. Tonight we raise our glasses of paint for you and we cannot WAIT to see you roaming the sidelines in a creamsicle color Kangol next season. And a special shout out for Bucs superfan/gif guy Steven Cheah. Nobody on the planet deserves the joy that comes with giffing Bruce Arians offense more than him, especially since he is a new dad that probably hasn’t slept more than 4 hours a night in months.
