According To Yahoo, The Tapas And Cocaine Diet Is "Not Healthy"
Yahoo - Australian model Ruby Tuesday Matthews is opening up about how she maintained a slim figure before having her two children — and said it all came down to cocaine, black coffee and cigarettes.
The 25-year-old took to her Instagram to answer questions from her over 193,000 followers when the conversation took a candid turn. When asked about how she was so skinny before having kids, Matthews gave a shocking response.
“I did a lot of cocaine, like a lot,” she said in the video. “So basically I just smoked cigarettes, had long blacks and did coke. And in between, had the tapas. Like my life was tapas and cocaine.”

What a great diet! Tapas to keep you nourished and cocaine to keep you awake. All you hear is “low carb this” or “Whole 30″ that. My goodness if I see one more post about the Whole 30 I’m going to lose my gosh dang mind. But you never hear about the tapas and cocaine diet. What is big diet hiding from us? Because this woman did it and guess what? She was a super successful model. She mixed in some black coffee and voila, fashion runways and photoshoots galore. Cigarettes are gross though. Don’t smoke cigarettes. Very unhealthy! But everything else seems like a great way to maintain your weight. I know it’s true because I saw Zoolander. But apparently those goody two-shoes at Yahoo (whatever that is) are claiming it’s in fact “not healthy”:
Marissa Meshulam, a dietitian and nutritionist, reaffirmed to Yahoo Lifestyle just how dangerous that is.
“Ruby may have been ‘skinny’ while following that diet, but I think we can all agree there is absolutely nothing healthy about it,” she said.
As if! You’re trying to tell me a 100 pound woman maintaining a diet of cocaine, coffee, and tapas is not healthy? Now I’ve heard it all. Someone find that so-called “doctor” giving quotes to Yahoo and revoke her license. I’m sick to my stomach Yahoo is spreading such fake news. What are they going to say next? Nervous just thinking about it.
