End Your Workday With A Very Cool Behind The Scenes Look At The Orlando Magic
Oh well hello there. Would you look at the time, we’re almost at the finish line and I hope this wasn’t too bad of a Wednesday for you. You made it halfway, the weekend is that much closer, and now it’s time to waste the last bit of your day with some quality basketball time wasting content. Normally I would have made sure to find a nice long countdown of something awesome to get the job done, but I want to go in a different direction today. You see the fun of this blog is that we don’t always have to kill time watching sweet basketball plays. Sometimes there is some really interesting documentaries/content out there that is a nice change of pace.
That’s what we have today. Unless you work in the industry and see it on a daily basis, as a basketball fan have you ever wondered what an NBA locker room/facility was like? We hear all the time about teams investing big time money in these perks both to treat and prepare their players but also become a destination to potential free agents. Every year it seems someone is rebuilding a new practice facility or redoing their locker room and some of them look fairly ridiculous. Today we’re going to see what life is like for the Orlando Magic. Let me warn you upfront, it’s in French because it’s with Evan Fournier so make sure your closed captioning is on (unless you know French). You see the Magic aren’t even good and they live like kings. If one of the lower franchises has this type of facility I can only imagine what the good ones have. Yeah they are an NBA team like everyone else and this is probably standard stuff but it’s still really interesting to see for us common folk.
So go ahead, sit back, hit play and enjoy a nice little 13 minute look behind the curtain of the Orlando Magic. Not exactly something you get to see everyday.
Good job today everybody. Enjoy your freedom and I’ll see you all again tomorrow afternoon.
