Does This Look Like The Face Of A Guy Who Spent 41 Days In Jail For Heroin Possession That Turned Out To Be Laundry Detergent?

NC10- In Crull’s case, O’Leary claimed to find 92 grams of heroin in Crull’s van and arrested him for drug trafficking. But he said the heroin O’Leary found was actually laundry soap. “I really freaked out. I started panicking and didn’t know what to think,” Crull said. For 41 days, Crull woke up in a jail cell. Eventually, crime lab testing proved it was not heroin, and Crull and others arrested by O’Leary were set free. Crull wants the deputy to be criminally charged. “I’m not saying he ruined my life, but he definitely caused me a lot of emotional distress and a lot of stress on my family,” he said. Crull said even though he wants the deputy prosecuted, for now he’s focused on moving on with his life.

This guy is way way way way way too chill about being put in jail for over a month for absolutely no reason whatsoever. When I went to jail, the police had a reason to put me in jail because I was blacked out beyond belief and I was still furious about it. This guy got locked up because the cops on the scene didn’t know the difference between heroin and Downy. Mistaking meth and Downy I could maybe understand but heroin? You’d think one sniff and would’ve been enough to determine it wasn’t heroin. Or maybe heroin smells like laundry detergent? I can’t say I’ve had much experience in the handling of heroin. Either way, the guy wasn’t nearly mad enough about being put in a cage just for wanting clean clothes.

Look at this quote

“I’m not saying he ruined my life, but he definitely caused me a lot of emotional distress and a lot of stress on my family,” he said

Bro what? What are you talking about? Does he not realize what happened? They did ruin your life man! That’s exactly what they did! He’s acting like they put the cuffs on him, realized it was laundry detergent and let him go. I’m surprised the cops didn’t find a couple ounces of weed in the guy’s house because he 100% has the attitude of a stoner. He got locked up for 41 days for no reason and his response was, “Yeah that sucked. It wasn’t the worst thing but I would’ve preferred it didn’t happen.” Fuck that. I would’ve been all fire and brimstone when I got out. I would’ve held press conferences about how I’m suing the police station and whatever city this happened in for every penny they have.
