Future Super Bowl Champs Indianapolis Colts Began Training Camp Today

luck

That title you just read isn’t a jinx. The quest for the 2nd Super Bowl has begun for the Boys In Blue. Notice how I said “the” instead of “our”. If you know me, you know that I was a Colts ball boy for 3 and 1/2 years. I got released from my duties after the Colts vs Jets game in October last year for making a dumb joke (which really turned into a big ass winning streak) about the team. I still apologize this day to the whole Colts organization, and as always, you’re welcome.

With that intro out of the way, I am fully committed to being THE Colts guy person (it’s 2019, my bad) until I die. So hopefully the next 6 years or so.

While today was the first official practice, I want to rate the top 3 camp walk ins from the players (3 because most of the players wore sweats).

3. Eric (L) Ebron. I don’t watch Stranger Things but Eric “Lebron without the L” repped the shirt Gaten Matarazoo wore in whatever episode that was. Same number that Eric wears, clever!

2. Quenton Nelson. This is how I imagine Old Spice if it was a person. Terry Crews dominates the black Old Spice guy, but I gotta give it to Quenton for representing the white Old Spice guy.

1. Andrew Luck. This wasn’t about the drip. It was just simply Andrew talking about the weather with a cup of coffee in his hand. That’s my Quarterback baby.

As for today, not too much seemed to happen. According to this photo, Vinny is still kicking 60 yarders as usual (shoutout Rigo Sanchez for the beautiful hold).

The 3rd pick in this year’s Colts draft Paris Campbell seems to be a someone to lookout for in the Wide Receiver competition.

And of course, “The Maniac” and 2018 Defensive Player Of The Year Darius Leonard is looking ready to lead the defense and damn near the community relations department to an amazing season.

I’m just as excited as you are with the NFL season beginning soon. The Colts are scrimmaging the Browns August 14th-15th and I cannot wait for that. Other than that, I’m anxious to see what the next few weeks consist of for the Boys In Blue. Whether T.Y one hand snags a pass, Andrew signs a Harry Potter book, or Jim Irsay suddenly hits the SHOOT, I’ll be covering it here first! Go Colts.
