Will Muschamp Is Not Concerned With Your Opinion, He Does Not Read Your Podcast

South Carolina v North Carolina

Since their schedule finalized, it was apparent that South Carolina's 2019 campaign was going to be a battle. Games against Alabama, Texas A&M, Florida, and Clemson had many thinking preseason that the Gamecocks had the toughest schedule in the nation.

The good news was they had North Carolina coming off a 2-10 season in week 1. The Tar Heels had a new coach and a freshman QB. Unfortunately, that good news turned bad, quick. South Carolina ended up blowing a 20-9 lead to the Tar Heels and ended up having their grave danced on by Mack Brown:

On top of all that, Sakarlina lost their 3-year starting QB Jake Bentley to injury. For the next 6-8 weeks, true freshman Ryan Hilinski will take over at QB. There is a thought out there that the Gamecocks could end the season with a 5-7/4-8 record. That'd be baddddddd news for Will Muschamp. He's not paying any mind to that thought process, though:

Hell yeah coach, don't read any podcasts. You know who writes podcasts? A bunch of guys who work from their mom's basement. No need to read that crap. Stick to the path. Can't fire you if you have another 6-6 season.
