JACKSON, MISS.  Mississippi’s recognition of “alienation of affection” makes it the right place for the ex-wife of pro golfer John Daly to pursue claims that Daly’s girlfriend broke up her marriage, the attorney for Sherrie Allison Miller says. Miller blames the end of her marriage to Daly on Anna Cladakis (Cluh-DACK-us), who began seeing Daly while Miller and Daly were still married, although separated. Miller and Daly were married in 2001 and had begun divorce proceedings in Tennessee in October 2006. Miller is seeking unspecified damages.

Attorney Drayton Berkley, who represents Miller, said Cladakis is responsible for the liaisons with Daly in Mississippi. “She (Cladakis) invited herself into this situation so we are going back to DeSoto County with this case,” Berkley said. Mississippi is one of six states in the country that allow lawsuits for alienation of affection. Tennessee, where Daly and Miller had lived, does not. Miller sued Cladakis and two purported employers in 2011 in DeSoto County, where Miller alleges Daly and Cladakis began their sexual trysts. Miller says the trysts began in 2007 while she was separated from Daly. A DeSoto County judge threw out the lawsuit in 2012, arguing he had no authority to hear the case because neither Miller, Cladakis nor the employers were located in Mississippi. According to court records, Cladakis lived in Florida.

Miller appealed to the Mississippi Court of Appeals, which ruled that the lawsuit should be heard in DeSoto County because “the alleged sexual activity between Cladakis and Daly within the state of Mississippi, which contributed to the breakup of Daly’s marriage with Miller, constituted a tort committed, at least in part, within this state.” Judge Donna Barnes wrote that because Tennessee and Florida had abolished the tort of alienation-of-affection as a cause of action, Miller had no other forum than Mississippi. “Since the sexual activities between Cladakis and Daly allegedly occurred in the state, witnesses and evidence may be found here. … we do not find it improper to bring her back into Mississippi to defend the alienation-of-affection case that arose out of those alleged activities,” Barnes said. Barnes did, however, drop two companies from the lawsuit that purportedly employed Cladakis and that Miller was pursuing for damages. That action isn’t going to deter Miller, her lawyer said.

I’m not a lawyer so I’m not going to get into the specifics of “alienation of affection” and all that shit. No one has time for details. The point of this blog is simple. John Daly is such a cocksman that he has his ex-wife suing his current girlfriend because she wants his dick back so much. Think about that. That’s when you know you’re the man. You’ve literally got women taking each other to court over your penis (also your wallet but that’s not as blogworthy). Such a boss. I would say it sucks that John Daly has to deal with all this back and forth lawyering but I have a brain and understand that he’ll somehow spin this into the hottest threesome of all time. John Daly has fucked his way out of situations worse than this, I can guarantee it.

    PS
How about wife 1 marrying John Daly and thinking he wouldn’t sleep around. Do you have common sense? Do you know who John Daly is? Can’t cage a tiger honey. And you can’t ask a man who was born in a Hooters to stop fucking strange.
