Shooter Caught A DWI

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) – A Hollywood star was arrested for DWI in Hollywood East early this morning, according to deputies at the New Hanover County Jail. Christopher McDonald was arrested by a trooper on 3rd Street in downtown Wilmington. Deputies say he was booked in the jail just after 4:30 a.m. under a $1,000 unsecured bond. You may remember him as Shooter McGavin alongside Adam Sandler in the 1996 movie “Happy Gilmore.” According to the “Wilmywood Daily,” McDonald is in Wilmington filming a new movie called “The Squeeze.” In an article posted on wilmywoodnc.com, McDonald just got to the Port City Monday to begin production on the film.

Shooter just don’t give a fuck. Really, there’s no reason to. He’s one of those guys who’s completely bulletproof. He gets the Hollywood equivalent of Manny Being Manny. No matter what he does, he basically gets the “Ah fuck it, he’s Shooter!” treatment. He could catch a thousand DUIs and it wouldn’t matter. He could flat out murder a man and someone would just make a joke about eating pieces of shit for breakfast and going out to get dinner with him at the Sizzler. The man’s an immortal and pretty much just lives the dream now, permanently drunk, probably getting paid like a thousand bucks a night to show up at frat parties and take pictures. The fact that he’s even working on a new movie is absurd. Whats the point bro? You’re Shooter.
