Tyler Herro Doesn't Take Shit From Anybody

I fucking love Tyler Herro. He comes off like someone who has absolutely never been knocked down a single peg in his entire life. If anything he only racks up more pegs and continues to climb higher and higher. He’s been lighting the NBA on fire all preseason and it was only a matter of time before some veteran tried to big brother him. I would have put my money on a Rondo or Patrick Beverley or someone like that to really try and press him first.

Instead, Michael Carter Williams decided to take matters into his own hands. And promptly lose that battle. If anything this exchange will only embolden Herro further in the early stages of his young career. Especially since the refs went back, reviewed this ejection, and only tossed MCW once the dust settled. A lot of vets don’t have the composure to get knocked down, jaw at the refs, get back on offense, get the ball, head fake, take one dribble and wet a three while transitioning straight into talking shit to the opposition. Factor that in with Herro having Jimmy Butler and Udonis Haslem at his back? That’s a scary sight.
