Fletcher Cox Had To Scare Off A Would-Be Burglar With A Shotgun After Some Dude Was Mad That Fletcher Stole His Girl
NJ.com – Eagles defensive tackle Fletcher Cox was recently involved in an altercation at his home in Mullica Hill.
After midnight on Oct. 15, a man reportedly showed up at Cox’s house looking for his ex-girlfriend, a woman staying at Cox’s residence.
Corbyn Nyemah, per court records, damaged the women’s vehicle and attempted to enter Cox’s home by entering through the front door. Per police records obtained by 6ABC News in Philadelphia, the man attempted to break through the door by throwing rocks, but fled the premises once Cox retrieved a shotgun.
If there are two things in this world that Fletcher Cox loves to do, it is to inflict a ton of pain on other human beings and steal someone else’s girl. He almost had a chance to do both of those things at one time the other week.
Now Fletcher Cox has admittedly been having a horrible season this year. So much so that you almost completely forget that he’s out there at times, and the only reason why you’d realize he is out on the field is because you’re constantly asking yourself “when the shit is Fletcher Cox going to show up?”. He didn’t record a single tackle in the Eagles’ loss to the Lions. And he hadn’t recorded a single sack all season until this past Sunday in Dallas. Obviously the Eagles as a whole played like complete dog shit on Sunday, but it seems like maybe Fletcher Cox needing to chase some cuck out of his home with a shotgun finally fired him up enough to get to the quarterback this season.
Would it be great if Fletcher Cox could stop getting himself into these situations where he gets romantically involved with some females who are already involved in relationships of their own? Of course it would be. This is now the 2nd documented time that Fletcher Cox has gotten into a situation like this. Back in November 2017, Fletcher Cox was sued by a North Carolina man after Cox was having a little affair with his wife. Now we’ve got some lunatic trying to break into his home because Fletcher is having himself a time with his ex-girlfriend.
Telling a married woman you want to get her pregnant is a little messed up but this particular situation? Well I can’t blame Fletcher Cox here one bit if this woman is the ex-girlfriend of the lunatic who nearly shit his pants after Fletcher Cox came walking out of his house with a shotgun. An ex-girlfriend? Buddy. Get over it. She’s with Fletcher Cox now. I know that he hasn’t been having a great season but he’s still a 4x Pro Bowler, Super Bowl champion and one of the best DTs in the game. Of course she’s going to leave you for him. That’s just the way that life works. Again, telling a married woman you want to get her pregnant is a little different because there are some actual legal documents tying those two people together. But an ex-girlfriend? I hate to break it to you, man, but you just have to take that L.
Anyway, this now just becomes another wild storyline for this already chaotic Philadelphia Eagles season. We’ve got anonymous sources, crazy exes, and a team that seems like they’re on the brink of totally crumbling. All we can do right now is hope that somehow all of this shit ends up forcing the team to get closer than ever. Just have everybody air out all their dirty laundry, put it all out there on the table, realize you’re in this together, and go win some football games. Clearly this had a positive effect on Fletcher Cox since he finally got his first sack of the season just a few days later. Maybe it can help everyone else too.
