If I was the owner of this team I would be thanking these hooligans. This coach showed his true colors… total coward. Someone asked him to lay down his colors and that’s what he immediately did. No fight, no gumption, no pride. Waved the white flag and conceded the second adversity looked him in the eye. You don’t want a coach like that, a guy ready to give up on his team and run at the drop of a hat. No one does. I want a guy like Jax Teller who, even with a gun to his head, refuses to take off his cut. I want someone who has pride in my organization and won’t practically light our jersey on fire just to save himself from getting punched in the face. So while it may have been a tiny step over the line to accost a coach at the press conference announcing his hiring, in this case I’ll allow it.
