Krispy Kreme Makes The Worlds Most Expensive Donut

Maxim – Over the weekend, the mad scientists at Krispy Kreme revealed their very special £1,000 (or $1682) dessert in the London department store, Selfridges. Dom Perignon 2002 champagne jelly, 24-carat gold leaf, gold-dusted white chocolate flowers, and edible diamonds are just some of the very expensive ingredients on this diabetic masterpiece. In addition to the pastry itself, there was a cocktail to accompany it made from raspberry and passion fruit syrup, Courvoisier Cognac, and more Dom Perignon 2002… naturally.National Doughnut Day is coming up on June 6th, so go ahead and order a dozen to celebrate. 

Get the fuck out of my face with this abomination. $1,682 for a goddam donut. This is why terrorists hate us. It looks like something from goddam outer space. 24 carat gold leaf flowers, edible diamonds, Cognac and Dom Perignon – its like the rap music version of donuts. Gold, diamonds, cognac and champagne. All that you need to do is serve this off a black stripper and it would be the perfect creation for a rap video.

Its an abortion of a donut and I, for one, am disgusted with it. I’m gonna start the Pure Donuts movement. No more croissants, no more ridiculous flavors, and for Christ sake no edible diamonds and $1600 price tags.
