Wake Up With All The TLC References In 'The Other Guys'

One of the most underrated comedies and bits in movie history. I watched this on Netflix last week and just remembered how great it is. But Captain Gene quoting TLC is perfect. I don't know why but the fact it's TLC is so goddamn funny. At least once a week I want to do a scene or something like this from underrated movies or comedies from the 90s and 2000s. Throw some suggestions for what you want.
