Aaron Hernandez' Lawyer Rips the Patriots for Their "Silence"
Herald – Aaron Hernandez’s defense team claims the New England Patriots have ignored their repeated requests over the past year to turn over personnel records on their former superstar tight end — now the prime suspect in three cold-blooded executions. The trial date in the alleged murder of Odin Lloyd was set for Oct. 6. “Silence,” has been the only response from the three-time Super Bowl champs since July, according to attorney Michael Fee, who offered today to “try one more time to extrapolate a position” from the club before Fall River Justice Center Judge E. Susan Garsh holds a hearing on the standoff July 9 and signs a subpoena compelling the Krafts to comply. In court today, Hernandez… lawyers asked a judge to dismiss that murder charge, claiming prosecutors have failed to show probable cause that Hernandez killed Lloyd or even took part in the slaying… The judge did not immediately rule.
What the hell? I admit, what I don’t know about the law could fill a library. But what in Christ is the lawyer talking about here? “Extrapolate a position” from the Patriots? Is that a legal thing? Or is that just a made up phrase to sound smart, like when Ed Hochuli spend five minutes explaining how a runner’s forward progress was impeded or something? All I grasp from this is these flap-mouthed ambulance chasers are actually trying to say the Patriots owe them something. Like somehow it’s up to the Pats to play ball with these oily leeches and help them defend their serial-killing client. The same client, by the way, who’s inability to… I don’t know… get a drink spilled on him without going all Oswald on people… might have cost the Pats Lombardi IV. Well I’ve got news for you, Matlock. The Patriots owe you nothing. NOTHING. You want to throw the challenge flag against the DA’s office and get a judge to review the play and overturn the ruling, be my guest. It’s your guy’s billable hours. But if you think for one minute you’re going to defend him with… what? Pay stubs? Time cards? Performance evals? Pictures from the time Dexter here won the “Employee of the Month” award? What exactly are they supposed to do to a guy who’s psychosis has cost them so much, on and off the field? Like I said, nothing. Dig up your own records, scheisters.
Here’s the only personnel record you’ll get, courtesy of your old pal Jer:
Beyond that, you’ll get nothing and like it. Consider yourselves lucky you’re getting the silent treatment instead of being told to go piss up a rope like you deserve. @JerryThornton1
