I Pretty Much Came In Last In Our Last Party Poker Tournament And I Regret Nothing

So our last poker tournament was last Tuesday Night. 60 people played in it. It was a 25 dollar entry fee. I pretty much came in last. I went all in and got screwed on the river. Whatever. It happens. Go big or go home right? That’s not even the point of this blog. Instead this is just to tell you that if you live in NJ and aren’t playing in these things you are an idiot or just don’t like money. It’s one or the other. Why? Because we had 60 player and Party Poker guaranteed $3500 in prizes plus we also gave ten Stoolies suite tickets to the MMA fight at the Prudential Center with unlimited Booze/Food. That means Party Poker was giving away more than twice the cash that was actually in the tournament plus prizes. That never happens. This should have been a $1500 prize pool. Again we had $3500. You will not find odds that favor the player like that anywhere else in the world. It’s almost worth driving from NYC of Pennsylvania to Jersey just to play in it. Our next tournament is May 20th. Mark your calendars.
