This Weekend's Subway Series Has Officially Been Postponed Due To Two Members Of The Mets Catching Coronavirus

No real surprise here. I figured we could issue a soft cuncel on any and all Mets games until whatever procedures MLB has in place go into effect after yesterday's positive covid tests. To be honest, I'm still not sure what that all entails but based on what I've read in the paper the last few months, this coronavirus spreads pretty easily! If I had to guess when the Mets will return to the field, I'd say the minute Michael Wacha declares himself healthy which then knocks Seth Lugo out of the rotation since the Baseball Gods seem to be hellbent on keeping Lugo in the pen for the rest of his career.

So now Mets fans can enjoy some nights without baseball and rest up from the ungodly amounts of torture this team has somehow put them through over what is only like a month, the Yankees can recover from their annual injuries to their biggest bats, and we'll play some Little League doubleheaders down the road in this fraudulent season that doesn't matter anyway because Uncle Stevie is coming.
