Chance The Rapper, Donnie Trumpet & The Social Experiment boys finally drop off their longly awaited and highly anticipated album “Surf.” The jazzy feel good album features J.Cole, Big Sean, Vic Mensa, Jeremih among others and the best part of it all, it’s free. Still not sure how I feel about this one,  I think I prefer this guy on acid.
