Elliotte Friedman reporting he's taking a 7 year deal with a 6.5 million AAV, the last B's offer was reportedly 6 years by 6.5. So that hurts. But I wrote about it before, Krug is a hell of a guy, deserves to get his bag, I'm incredibly happy for him and also depressed he's no longer on my team. Best of luck to Krug. It's gonna hurt to root for him on St. Louis, but that's business.
ps. bring me Taylor Hall, Donny… still waiting for the B's to make a splash with Krug gone and the OEL trade falling through. Get this team some help.
UPDATE: Apparently the B's didn't even offer Krug a contract today, so I'm just less sad and more mad.
