Barstool Chicago Small Business Feature - Carson's Ribs with Eddie, White Sox Dave, and Dante

With Covid restrictions and the shutdowns going back into effect in Chicago, small businesses are on the ropes. Restaurants and bars especially. 

We've lost a lot of special small businesses already, and if we don't want to lose more it's important that we support them with our wallets, word of mouth, and social media. 

A couple weeks ago we featured Chicago favorite J.P. Graziano. 

The only way to follow them up was with another Chicago legend, Carson's Ribs. 

Eddie, White Sox Dave, and I got the chance to go behind the line with Chris Carson and see and hear what goes into making Carson's Ribs some of the most famous in the country. 

The video is long again, but it's worth it. You'll see Dave get called out numerous times, Eddie's incredible knowledge, and Chris' family's secrets that have kept them a Chicago (and Milwaukee) staple for almost 50 years.
