OH. MY. GOD. IT HAPPENED. JALEN SUGGS AT THE BUZZER!!!!

Okay, I lied. The Jalen Suggs block and pass was NOT the best play of the Tournament. It was topped by Jalen Suggs hitting a fucking game-winner from nearly halfcourt at the buzzer to send Gonzaga to the title game. Holy shit. I still can't believe we just witnessed that. Mind you it was a 5 point Gonzaga lead with 50 seconds to go. Johhny Juzang hit a layup to tie with 3 seconds left. None of it makes sense. But Suggs is the highest rated recruit in Gonzaga history for a reason. Just give him the ball and good shit will happen. In this case it was a game-winner and letting us hit our Buzzer Beater bet. 

What a fucking game. UCLA never let Gonzaga push it away, which is what Gonzaga does every single game. They hit a bunch of tough shots, but then really took away the Nembhard/Timme PnR that's been so damn good in the NCAA Tournament. Just back and forth. That was the game we deserved. We needed this sort of game. We got it. It was uptempo. It was ridiculous offense. It was a bunch of great sets. Big time plays and players. Instant classic. That's what we just watched an instant fucking classic. 

I said it before, but this is why Gonzaga is different this year. They never had a Jalen Suggs before. I'm not even talking the halfcourt shot. Just watch the shit he does. He did a hell of a job defending Juzang. He attacked in transition. Gonzaga never had this sort of player. They've had good players, don't get me wrong. But during this run starting with Blake Stepp and Dan Dickau in 99 to now, they never had a Suggs. It showed tonight.
