I Am Officially Worried About The Knicks After Bill de Blasio Threw On A Knicks Hat And Called Out Trae Young For Hunting For Fouls
Well shit. Even though the entire NBA media has been collectively sucking Trae Young's dick for hitting an open shot after he absolutely cooked my beloved Frank, I was quietly confident in the Knicks for Game 2 and the series. Thibs thrives when he's miserable and after losing Game 1 the way he did, I had no doubt he was Portnoy Grudgement Day level on angry and grinding the fuck out of the film to come up with the perfect game plan to stop Trae.
But you can't have a living mush like Bill de Blasio calling out the opposing star and expect it to end in anything but complete disaster (Source: Pretty much everything de Blasio has done in the city). I have no clue what the record is for free throw attempts in a playoff game, but Trae Young is about to break it because of this stupid goddamn pandering video by a guy that was wearing a James Harden jersey LAST WEEK.
Yes, this James Harden.

I wont even complain about the clear conflict of interests between rocking gear of two different local teams that are in the playoffs simply because that's how politicians work, especially in a town where the namesake of the state is a front-running little "skyscraping" bitch.

To be honest, this news is the only reason I think the Knicks can dig out of an 0-1 hole with Bill de Blasio's karma anchoring them down.
While I'm here, can the Knicks please let me know if I have to rewrite this blog for Game 2 because I will since it's officially all hands on deck in my eyes if a team has a chance to go down 0-2 in a series before heading onto the road for Game 3.
