Every So Often We Get A Goal In Soccer That Is So Bizarre It Defies Logic - Spain Just Gave Us That

I have no idea what's happening during this tournament. We're seeing own goals left and right. We're seeing shit that doesn't make sense. 

We can add this own goal from Spain to the list. It makes no sense and is as bad of an own goal as you'll ever see. Yeah, sure, there's sun, but the ball was on the ground. It wasn't a rocket or anything like that. The goalie just flat out forgot how to use his feet. This is why I refused to pass the ball back to goalies when I played in the back growing up. Didn't trust them if they couldn't use their hands. And in the knockout round? I'm cheering for Croatia to win this 1-0 now. Give me that simply because I want the content of Spain fans losing their shit. I still laugh my ass off on own goals when the team has to celebrate. Croatia did nothing there besides be on the field (pitch). A goal is a goal though. 

Sidenote: These dudes are going to be AWESOME to drink with after this match.
