Fox  8 - A 110-year-old woman from New Jersey has some advice for living a long and enjoyable life — and it doesn’t sound like a bad plan. Agnes Fenton turned 110 on Saturday, according to NorthJersey.com. In a 2005 interview, Fenton said she drank three Miller High Lifes and a shot of Johnnie Walker Blue Label every day for more than 70 years. At this point, her daily dose of booze is history because she doesn’t eat as much anymore. However, when asked if her caregivers would let her take a shot of Johnnie Walker for her birthday she said, “They better.” When asked about her recent milestone, Fenton said, it was “just another day.”

3 Miller High Lifes and a shot of Johnnie Walker Blue every day for 70 years. And there she is, in all her glory, dancing and prancing at the age of 110. Doesn’t get much better than that folks. I mean, wow. Talk about right person, wrong time. The one who got away/the one who is 5 times your age. Ever have that moment when you see a lovely lady on the train, at a bar, or if you’re me- ever in life, and you’re like wow I should really talk to her but then you don’t? That’s how I feel right now.

Furthermore, just goes to show what idiots all those health pundits are for saying we need to go to the gym and “eat clean”. That’s the new buzzword, eating clean. Used to be low carbs, then gluten free, now they are all about clean eating. Well kick rocks down the dirt road, losers. If spry Agnes can live til 110 by ripping shots, then I take back the gym session I put in yesterday. I take it the fuck back. What a moron I am for even considering getting in shape. Sure I get winded walking up stairs, sure I drive to the grocery store that is literally a 2 minute walk from my house (takes me longer to drive), but if you think I’m going to start eating clean and working out now that I see Agnes is still alive and kicking you are outside of your mind.
