Conan O'Brien Went To The Emmys For The Sole Purpose Of Trolling Everyone There
So the 73rd Annual Emmy Awards were last night and I know what you're thinking, who cares? They're not the Oscars or the Grammys. Hell they're not even the VMAs. But I decided to watch them after arriving home in a catfish-induced coma from my trip to Tennessee and let me tell you…I was pleasantly surprised. Not because of the actual awards, but because Conan O'Brien was there, off his leash, trolling the shit out of everyone in sight.
First was John Oliver after losing to him in the "Outstanding Variety Talk Series" category…
Then was Stephen Colbert while he was accepting the award for "Outstanding Variety Special…"
And finally was Frank Scherma, chairman and CEO of the Television Academy, who was there to sing the praises of the medium of television. At least that's what he thought until Conan hijacked not only his speech, but the the entire crowd the second he walked on stage. It was a master class in trolling. He had the whole room in stitches…
Look at how hard John Oliver's table was laughing…

The best part was that he didn't stop. Even after the crowd calmed down Conan stood there at full attention, saluting the guy just to get a reaction. What a legend. I've said it before and I'll say it again, Conan is one of the funniest people on the planet. Have a great Monday, everyone.
