Does Ryan Whitney Deserve A Twitter Sussy After I Put Him In The Penalty Box Again Last Night?

Let me start off by saying I like Ryan Whitney. He's a great guy and I've known him for a few years now. He always likes to mix it up when he comes by the office and he's built a juggernaut in both Spittin' Chiclets and their presenting sponsor, Pink Whitney. Because of that, Whit lives an absolute dream life. He gets to relax, play golf almost daily, watch his favorite sport, bet on it, and talk about it for a living.

All that being said, Whit is a hockey guy. He's also a Boston guy and so therefore is rooting hard for the Pats and Mac Jones. But when you come after me unprovoked, be ready for an absolute slugfest, because I am a man unchained online right now. So the other night when Whit decided to come after me about saying to pump the breaks on the Mac Jones Hall of Fame talk after 10 games, he struck first. I had no choice but to fire back which I blogged about on Monday. Dave even commented it was tough to see notorious Twitter bad boy being struck down so hard with one clean shot.

So when we're watching the Pats have a nice performance led by the the defense (shoutout Matt Judon who needs to be talked about more as a legit Defensive Player of the Year candidate) and running game with some good, clean QB play, Whit decided to come back for another round.

Again, I'm not a guy who will strike first. And I don't typically like to be grammar police unless I'm getting Darren Rovell aggravated, but the fact a grown up cannot spell the word tries is baffling. I couldn't hold back.

Whit fired back playing the nerd card again, which is fair as I am a giant nerd.

But for the guy who was staring at the inside stitching of his sweater to call out another guy for not being built for combat is another silly statement.

This all begs the question - after those three knockouts this week, does Whit deserve a Twitter sussy? It's been a tough week for everyone's favorite inspiration for a pink lemonade flavored vodka. To help this silly turtle, check out him and his buddies Biz, RA, and Grinnelli on Spittin' Chiclets. They had Shawn Thornton and Biz' old coach Mike Stothers on this week's show.

And be sure to check out the Pink Whitney ugly sweaters that Biz is rocking in the episode
