UFC 269 Kicked Off With Some Crazy Eye Gouging Attempts

UFC 269 prelims just kicked off with a women's flyweight bout between Gillian Robertson and Priscila Cachoeira, and while Robertson was wrapping the fight (and Cachoeira) up with a buzzer-beater rear naked choke, Priscila CLEARLY went for a couple eye gouges! I don't know how/why she thought she could get away with this - or how the referee didn't see it - but this is just despicable. I've seen some suggest the ref DID see it, but wanted to give Robertson a chance to finish the fight, but still....eye gouges are fuckin nasty. Could scratch someone's cornea so easily like that.
This Ric Flair-esque behavior paired with Priscila Cachoeira missing weight in the lead in to this fight may lead to her release very shorty - I wouldn't be surprised.
