BREAKING: The Packers Just Traded Davante Adams to the Vegas Raiders in an Absolute Stunner

I mean what the fuck just happened? Seriously, did that really just happen? Once Rodgers signed his deal and the Packers restructured a ton of contracts it was all but assumed they would work out the Davante Adams deal in the next week. Nope, he goes to the fucking Vegas Raiders on the first night of March Madness. Full disclosure I’m borderline very drunk at a bar and losing all my bets , I don’t need this shit. Come the fuck on, is this real? Am I being pranked? 

The next question here is did Rodgers know this was happening? The answer is yes. 

And yes, the Packers were there with the money

Davante just wanted to reunite with his college buddy in Derek Carr it seems. I’m very confused and sad. Do the Packers have a next move here? They have to right? It can’t just be through the draft.  I mean why would Rodgers sign back knowing his number 1/future HOF WR wasn’t going to be there? DK Metcalf comes to mind as an option. The current best WR on the team is Allen Lazard. I like him a lot but that cannot be the situation going into the season.

Davante was a joy to watch in the green and gold. At the goal line he was an automatic touchdown. The chemistry him and Rodgers had was unmatched. I’m sure he’ll produce in Vegas but to leave what he had in GB for the same money is wild to me. Shoot me in the head.

Going away from the Packers for a second, just when it seemed the AFC West couldn’t get more loaded here you go. Absolutely absurd.
