If you're one of the teams Coach Prime listed in this video, just be aware you are now on the list. I wouldn't want to be. the representative from the Texans or Eagles who has to show up next year and get a talking-to from Deion Sanders.
Everything Coach Prime does just makes him seem more like a guy you'd want your son to play for. Obviously, he has the technical expertise that very few, if any, other coaches in college football have. He's taken a program which went 4-8 the year before he arrived to 11-2 in his first full season. He just landed the No. 1 overall recruit in the country. And as evidenced by this video, he obviously sticks up for his guys.
If you're one of the teams listed, it seems like you'd want to send somebody to the JSU pro day just to be on the good side of a coach you know is very much online and clearly keeps a list of those who have ever wronged him in his desk. Plus, it seems like you may want to have a good relationship with the guy who is getting five-stars to go to an FCS school and may very well be at a Power Five program in the not-too-distant future. Just a thought.
I think a reasonable punishment is forcing the representatives from these teams to wear a dunce cap when they inevitably show up next year. If any have a two-year absence, then we may need to come up with something more creative.
