Mike Trout Literally Has To Do It All - Hits A Homer AND Has To Let The Angels Dugout Know His Pitcher Is Tipping Pitches From The Outfield

Is there anything Mike Trout can't do (don't say win a playoff series)? Last night he was doing his job AND the pitching coaches job. Trout hit his 23rd homer of the year helping the Angels climb out to an early 3-0 lead only to see the Angels give up 5 a few innings later and eventually lose 11-4 to the White Sox. Trout and Ohtani homering and the Angels getting their teeth kicked in is a tale as old as time. It's literally this meme come to life.

But not only is Trout hitting playing fantastic and hitting dingers, apparently he is the only one who can tell when his pitcher is tipping pitches. The video above is when Elvis Peguero came into the game for some mop up duty. He can clearly tell that Peguero is tipping his pitches. If he can see that from 300 feet away it's not a great sign because you know damn right the hitter can see that he is tipping as well. My guess is by the time Trout sees it the entire the opposing dugout knows he is tipping, it seems like everyone BUT the Angels dugout knew.

Trout is literally motioning to the dugout, he's showing them what Peguero is doing. Glove close to his body, moving it away, Trout is giving them the exact example of what he is doing. Don't worry though, Elvis only gave up 2 hits, 4 earned runs, and had 2 walks in his appearance so whatever Trout was trying to relay to the dugout was too late to fix anything. But again, just the fact that he is trying to get someones attention to tell them what is going on shows what a dysfunctional organization they are. How is no one else picking it up but him? He also looks over it, fed up, tired of it all.

Now I want it on the record, I don't feel sorry for him. It's hard to feel sorry for someone making that kind of money, but just look at his face. He looks beaten down. The best player in baseball is sulking in the outfield of yet another loss, his career is wasting away because Elvis Peguero is tipping out of his ass. What is the pitching coach doing during all of this? Isn't this his job? This is such an embarrassing look for the team. Guy is just sick and tired of losing, I don't blame him for appearing to look fed up. He's literally doing his job and the pitching coaches job from center field.
