I Can't Be The Only One Who Thinks Crunchy Cheez Doodles Are Better Than Puffed
In my limited scrolling of Twitter this weekend, I did happen to see this tweet. In fear of adding to the growing list of people who hate me (warranted given actions), I immediately felt the need to admit I personally feel puffed style Cheez Doodles are a secondary option. Always have been always will be.
For those unfamiliar ... here are the two styles in question.

A quick twitter search shows me I'm already fighting an uphill battle.
I realize that when you think of Cheez Doodles you think of the puff version. I will admit if asked to draw a Cheez Doodle or say what comes to mind in word association, I would say those puffed Cheez Doodles are the ones that come to mind. I also know that more brands release puffed versions. Hell on that thread there's examples galore .
This may skew the market/voter. If you walk down a supermarket aisle you can have a ton of brands to choose from regarding puffed versions of Cheez Doodles. You may have your favorite, second favorite and third favorite, but if in a jam can pick a new version and be fine. You may be with someone else on the trip and they could introduce you to a new brand you have never had before. You may love them. This shows Puffed Cheez Doodles have a stacked roster I get it. Deep depth chart. Interchangeable starters, new brands etc.
But you know what only needs a team of two versions and can hang with every version of Puffed you want to put in front of me?
Crunchy Cheez Doodles.
Wise in the 1 spot.
Cheetos in the two hole.
I'm sure there's some other brands who dabble in crunchy versions but for me these two might as well be Coke and Pepsi in the soda world. Everyone knows who the top dogs are. Bar none.
My personal reasons for loving Crunchy (in fact I only exclusively eat Crunchy version) are they clearly taste better, the Crunchy version seem less messy, and I could be wrong but feel like you get more in the bag. Part of my new goals are to not to be so stubborn in my ways, and have a more willingly attitude to change / feedback, so the poll has been opened. Weigh in how you like. I'll stick with my blue bag forever.
