You Won't Believe It But Jim Boeheim Once Again Made a Fool Of Himself As He Inexplicably Called Out Top-10 Virginia While Defending His Precious 2-3 Zone, Despite All Its Failures

Deranged, senile, oblivious Jim Boeheim is up to his old tricks once again. The long-time (way too long) Syracuse basketball coach was asked to defend another miserable loss in the ACC, this time at the hands of Clemson. His patented 2-3 zone defense that once helped make a name for Syracuse had failed yet again as they surrendered 91 points to the Tigers. So what was Jim's response this time? What excuse would he come up with? Who would he point the finger at? 

Certainly not himself, no that'd be ridiculous. 

Nope, this time he chose to acknowledge that Tony Bennett's UVA team just lost by 15 points at Boston College and nobody thought to challenge their defensive tactics.

You know why no one questioned Tony Bennett's strategy? Maybe because Virginia is a top 10 team in the country with a 21-5 record. That was just their second loss since January 3rd. There's also the little tidbit that they only gave up 63 points to BC. Imagine calling out another team for their defense when your own squad gave up 28 more points? I mean what are we doing here? Wanna know how many times Jim Boeheim's Syracuse Orange have given up less than 63 points in the 2022-2023 season? Twice. Virginia? SIXTEEN times, including their win over Syracuse earlier in the year!

UVA's program has run laps around Jim Boeheim's Orange over the years. On a yearly basis Bennett's squad continues to produce similar results as to what Boeheim used to put out there in the Big East. They are in the national conversation every season now. One coach has embraced the modern game and how you need to adapt, the other has stood his ground, watched the game pass him by, and laughed at anyone who questioned him. That's why Virginia has themselves well positioned for the tournament and Syracuse is looking at back to back years where they're not even invited to the NIT. 

I still can't believe this asshole had the balls to drop this quote before the season started. What a loser. 

I'm telling you Boeheim is gonna be remembered for all these old man yelling at clouds bullshit rather than his dominance in the Big East. Please, just go away before you make an even bigger fool of yourself.
