The Police Chief Fired Over His Department's Sex Scandal Used a Burner Phone to Share Videos of His Female Officer, and His Deleted Texts are WILD

Yes indeed, we are finally getting to hear from the central figure in a story that simply won't stop finding new ways to shock and surprise us with more plot twists and bizarre revelations than the entire run of LOST

To think, we were stunned with the news that not only did LaVergne, Tennessee police officer Maegan Hall and several of her coworkers get fired for having sex while on duty, but that their boss was as well:

And no sooner had the dust settled on that plot thread, then she sued for wrongful termination, claiming she was the victim:

And yet, as farfetched as that might have sounded, given that Officer Hall was having threeways with one coworker and his wife, bragging about another's wang, playing games of Strip UNO, and getting naked in a hot tub at a work party, after reading this latest revelation, she might actually have a case:

Source - The pervy Tennessee police chief fired over his role in the Maegan Hall 'cop gone wild' fiasco shared explicit videos of the officer and made sexist comments on a secret burner phone he nicknamed 'Ole Boy', DailyMail.com can reveal.

Burrel 'Chip' Davis, 47, lectured Hall for 'dipping her pen in company ink' and feigned surprise as he oversaw an internal inquiry into her multiple on and off duty romps with colleagues at the La Vergne Police Department.

But court filings obtained by DailyMail.com reveal that Davis already knew all about Hall's bed-swapping antics and even pestered one of his sergeants to send him video of the 26-year-old rookie officer masturbating.

Davis, a married dad-of-three, also grumbled that his own 'normal pimp st' attempts to bed Hall had failed where others had succeeded, agreeing with a pal that she had a 'tight little a', it's alleged.

The messages were sent on a prepaid cell Davis referred to as Ole Boy but eventually ended up in the hands of investigators and were reproduced this week in a lawsuit filed by Hall, who alleges she was groomed and abused by randy superiors. …

Hall's suit also takes aim at Sgt. Lewis Powell and Sgt. Henry 'Ty' McGowan, who were both fired for having sex with her and lying about their conduct.

She accuses McGowan of smacking her on the buttocks, pestering her for sex, and offering to create porn accounts for her on OnlyFans and foot fetish site, FeetFinder.

She slept with him because he promised to help her get a promotion, according to the filing. …

[Hall and Powell] had sex at jiu jitsu training sessions, in the married officer's truck, and inside the police substation while on duty after Powell insisted 'he had 'blue balls' and really needed it'. …

The chief was no better than his subordinates, inviting Hall on lunch dates, asking her to come into his office to dance for him and questioning whether she preferred 'dark, white, or milk chocolate,' she claims.

In October last year, McGowan sent Davis a photo of a 'Black male foot inside Officer Hall's mouth', saying that the appendage belonged to Powell.

'She has a tight little ass tho,' he wrote, to which Davis replied 'Yep'.

'Da Fk Lewis saying to deezz hoes cause normal pimp st ain't working,' Davis grumbled several days later.

Well, well, well. I don't think many of us saw this coming.

I'm not about to pass myself off as Judge, Jerry and Executioner on this matter. I'm sure the attorneys for the defense will have plenty to say on their clients' behalf. But like you and every other working person in America today, I've sat through my share of mandatory, company-wide Sexual Harrassment seminars. Listened to the lecture on policy as well as federal law. Watched the low budget videos. Answered the multiple choice questioned that followed. (Most importantly, have never been accused of violating them.) And I'm pretty certain that all this constitutes a 100% violation of every, single one of them by all these guys.

Powell and McGowan were sergeants, which would make them Hall's superior officers. Thus pretty much ruling out ass-smacking, "pestering" for sex, offering to set up fetish site pages, jiu jitsu training sex, truck sex, and police substation sex. Regardless of the color of one's balls. And even if there wasn't any coercion going on, anything even remotely approaching this means filling out the appropriate paperwork with HR. Who probably still wouldn't sign off:

And Chip Davis was the Chief of Police. Which definitely precludes him from participating in the abnormal activities the rest of his department engaged in. Things like asking one of your underlings to dance in your office, their milk preference, sharing her masturbation videos and commenting on her ass - even in a complimentary way - is strictly verboten when you're the one in charge. You don't need corporate training sessions to know that.

Not to mention, the burner phone was a terrible idea. You'd think by the time you make Chief, you'd have seen enough cases prosecuted where you didn't need the suspects phone, just the phone records, which the other party can provide, to nail a perp dead to rights. Davis thinking Ole Boy was going to protect him from getting bagged by anyone other than Mrs. Davis is a disgrace. An insult to good police work. But then again, insulting good police work seemed to be the order of the day in the LaVergne PD that Davis, Powell and McGowan ran.

"She must be obsessed"? She? Based on this, she was the least obsessed officer in the department. And we shouldn't be at all surprised if she's about to make a lot more money in court than she ever would have chasing down bad guys in Tennessee. Stay tuned for our next episode of As the LaVergne Turns.
