Deion Sanders Spent His Press Conference Breaking Down His Kids Power Rankings, Openly Admits Parents Don't Love Their Kids All The Same

Deion is right. I say this as a parent of two boys. Now, power rankings fluctuate - just ask our fearless leader Nate and his job of power rankings. That's doing it to co-workers, Deion is out here breaking down his kid rankings. But this is also about him being honest that it fluctuates. My 1-year old? A heavy leader in the clubhouse over my 4-year old right now. Probably helps he can't talk back and just hangs out vs always moving and gets bored with shit 2 minutes in. I think parents should always keep their kids honest and let them know where they can improve. Tough love at its finest. 

Now as for Shilo, he deserved to move up the power rankings: 

He also forced a fumble in the second half that kept the game close. That seems to be worthy of moving up the power rankings. Tough to top Shedeur though. That dude is awesome. He's making a case for the Heisman through the first few weeks and more importantly he's making a case to be a top pick in the NFL Draft when he can declare. Dude throws such a beautiful deep ball. 

I hope Deion puts out weekly power rankings. People go apeshit for power rankings. They want to argue where someone is or if they are too low. I'm convinced that's why the top-25 still exists. People don't actually care about the thought process, they just want to see numbers and start screaming about it. Coach Prime should drop his kid power rankings at the same time of the AP poll. Make it a whole thing.
