PLEASE Stop Sending Us National Emergency Alerts

I literally just shit myself. I'm at the office bumping chune, putting in the work, and then then the government decides to ruin everyones' day. Not only are the National Alerts annoying as fuck but they're pointless. What the fuck are we supposed to do when we get these alerts? It's just like an Amber Alert ain't nobody going to do shit. That's why we have law enforcement. 

What do these national alerts do besides scare the shit out of everyone? If I got a national alert that Russia was going to bomb us, the fuck do you want me to do? Grab my 12 gauge? Once something reaches the national alert system the damage is done. I'd rather die in peace than hear that alert on loop because someones grandmother can't work an iPhone.
