At This Point With The Way Aaron Rodgers Looks, It'll Be Disappointing If He Doesn't Make It Back This Season

Never underestimate the power of manifestation…or modern medicine.

I've written this blog a few times now, but with each passing week I continue to be amazed with Aaron Rodgers progress from his torn achilles that he suffered during week one. At this point I'll be shocked if he's not back before the season ends. If you were to set gambling odds on it is he -120 to be back? It's week eight and the bastard is out there taking some drop backs and actually planting with his throws. Listen, it's not full speed and he's not running, but two months removed from pretty much the worst sports injury you can have to look like that is fucking remarkable. And I love how some people are trying to downplay how he looks out there. Like sure Cam Akers had a very similar timeline to this, but he wasn't a 40 year old man at the time of his rehab.

Again, it'll really be something if we see him jogging and running, and who knows how far away we are from that, but can it really be that much longer? It won't be easy for the Jets to get in the playoffs, and a loss today to the Giants would really hurt their cause, but if they can sneak in it feels like this crazy man would be there waiting to play. As a football fan we need that storyline.

P.S. You should 100% be allowed to use any steroid possible to rehab an injury quicker. As long as it's only during the rehab process then it's not like you're cheating. Who does it harm? The injured person's future? So what? I bet they'd sacrifice that to get back on the field quicker. Make it their call to put that in their body.
