Jay Gruden Got Himself Into A Triple Threat Match vs RG3 And Brian Mitchell

It all started with an innocent enough Tweet from former coach Jay Gruden, who has been letting it fly on Twitter recently. He is clearly (allegedly) a few cocktails into his evening, watch the game like the rest of us. So he fired off the above and got back to his whiskey, which is when all hell broke loose.

First, our old pal RG3 checked in...

Which is very fair, obviously, as Jay was the head coach when Robert was tearing every ligament in his leg, eventually being benched for Kirk Cousins. But Gruden was RG3's coach for 2 years in Washington as things spiraled downhill.

Jay replied that Robert was always prepared though, to which RG3 once again replied like the sassy guy he is,

I have a feeling after a blue Gatorade, some Advil, and a greasy breakfast sandwich we will get Jay's response.

BUT WAIT….while this was going on, our good friend Brian Mitchell hopped into the mix. Jay and BMitch have been beefing for a while, and Brian let Gruden have a little piece of his mind…

Laugh out loud funny. Our drunk ex-coach and Brian Mitchell going at it at midnight. I wonder how many "I are" I can fit into my weekly spot on BMitch and Finlay tomorrow? It'll be like the Super Troopers "meow game". 

Just another day as a Washington Football Commanders fan. There's always something, man. There's always something.

PS: RG3 is the king of Twitter engagement. Everything he tweets is for engagement. His Twitter money must be ginormous. Yesterday he said the Cowboys should hire Deion to be their next coach. Then he just sits back and lets the blue checkmark money flow in.
