Build Kirk Cousins agent a god damn statue. How is this guy not our Secretary of the Treasury of head of the fed? I want Kirk Cousins' agent negotiating deals with China, we'll have that trillion dollar debt wiped clean in no time. What Kirk has been able to accomplish in the bank is one of the most impressive feats in football history. $329 million fully guaranteed in 12 years with 1 playoff win. Just gotta tip your cap. There's no hate in my heart for him whatsoever, only jealousy and awe. 4th round picks don't often hang around the league for as long as Kirk has. And honestly I mean, we know Kirk doesn't completely suck, but he's never been the guy you want on the field with the game on the line either. He's permanently been the most perfectly average QB for the last 10 years. Can throw for 4,000+ yards and 25+ TDs until the cows come home, put on a chain and do a silly dance, and then cash another $100 million coming off a season-ending injury. If you hate on that you need your head checked, it's the god damn American dream.
And the fact he went to Atlanta makes it even funnier. I know they have a new regime in now but the fact the Falcons are synonymous with finding absurd ways to lose and now Kirk is the QB, I don't know, it's just one of those things that make total sense.
In agent school they probably look at Kirk and his agent the same way we learn about George Washington and Martin Luther King Jr. Just absolute heroes, forever legends of the game.
